You MUST go to the link above to see a chart created by congressional staffers to show the reporting lines of various agencies under ObamaCare. This is not fake, honest. If you think the problems with the computer systems were bad, look at this maze and try to figure how anyone is going to be able to understand or manage it. Folks, they are messing with 18% of the United States economy, and this structure does not appear to have been created by intelligent life forms.
