Boy am I sick and tired about this topic, but hey it's big news. The initial snafus with the websites are probably no big deal and should be corrected fairly soon. The real problems could be if there are big gaps between what the President promised and what the law actually delivers. Already there are some issues with the fact that small businesses with 50 employees or less are only being offered one option. There may be some real problems with the subsidies, and physician availability looks like it could be very limited on some of the exchanges.
You don't get a second chance to make a good first impression, so if these problems persist, or the public's perception falls short of what they were expecting, the Democrats could be in real trouble in 2014 because they can't blame the Republicans for dysfunctions in the law.
If you are following this closely I suggest you get some anti-nausea medication because the spinning by both sides is going to be withering.
